"Be the best version of you!

I understand that attending your first, second, or hundredth session can be vulnerable for many. My hope is to create a warm and safe environment to ease you into the person you want to become. My style is to encourage you to your desired goal and help you leave therapy a stronger version of yourself.

Life is a journey

Together we will process your current road map in this beautiful thing we call life. My passion is to work with people of all ages as individuals, couples, or in family dynamics. I use a variety of styles and techniques that fit each individual personally and hope to incorporate my love for animals by utilizing a therapy support dog in sessions as well . My approach is to help my clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and affect the way we view and respond to situations. It is about reframing those negative thoughts and beliefs about your surroundings, future, and yourself. We come together to make a shift in how you view your world.

I received a Bachelors of Science in Religion with a concentration in Youth Ministry at Liberty University. I went on to receive a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University. I have two credentials from Redlands University where I was also an adjunct professor for school counseling. I am available for both in-person and Telehealth services.
