​​My approach to therapy is collaborative and non-judgmental. I value creating a calming, supportive, and empowering environment that is culturally sensitive. I strive for our work together to be meaningful and collaborative, inviting genuine connection and self-discovery in your life. We will work together to empower you to ease your struggles and help you find new grounding, hope, and healing. It is truly an honor to witness the courage and resilience of my clients. I am thankful to have this role and to share in others’ life journeys.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. I then moved on to earn my Master of Science in Counseling -School and Professional Dual Concentration. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish.
