¡Bienvenidos!
I am incredibly humbled and honored to have the privilege of being your therapist. My values of compassion, curiosity, creativity, integrity, equity, and connection inform my work. I hope these values reflect in our work together.
My Approach
My therapy approach is rooted in Narrative theory, a non-pathologizing, respectful and collaborative approach that views a person as separate from their problem. I strive to build a meaningful and collaborative therapeutic relationship that invites genuine connection and self-discovery through enriching conversations. I value creating an environment full of empathy, compassion, and warmth that is culturally sensitive. I aim to hold hope for my clients that will empower them to overcome their struggles to promote self-acceptance, self-love, and self-worth.
I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. I then moved on to earn my Masters of Science in Counseling -School and Professional Dual Concentration. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish.
