"Be the Best Version Of You!"

Therapy can feel vulnerable, whether it's the first session or the hundredth. Understanding this, I create a warm and safe environment where clients can feel at ease, focusing on personal growth and working toward becoming the best version of themselves.

I am committed to ensuring each person feels seen, heard, and validated, so that you leave therapy feeling empowered and stronger, equipped with the confidence to advocate for yourself. Together, we’ll navigate your unique road map, embracing the journeys of individuals, couples, and families on this beautiful journey we call life. Passionate about working with people of all backgrounds and relationships, I use a variety of techniques tailored to each person’s individual needs.

We will explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to understand how they influence your perceptions and responses. By reframing negative beliefs and thought patterns, we’ll work together to shift how you view your world, your future, and yourself. I will help you develop skills to manage challenging emotions in various situations, empowering you to navigate life with greater resilience, confidence, and self-compassion. Along the way, we’ll also build coping skills that use mindfulness, helping you stay present during stressful times, show kindness and self-compassion, and breathe through those tough moments with greater ease.

Hello, I'm Victoria!

Hello! My name is Victoria Mason and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I am a third generation Mexican and European American. Raised with deep Christian roots in Corona, I understand what it is like to stand in the intersection of conflicting identities. Through a person-centered approach I aim to help individuals, couples, and families navigate relational challenges.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with Specialized Training in Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. I utilize a person-centered approach that strives to best suit the needs and personalities of my clients. Curiosity, creativity, and honesty are the guiding principles. Within the therapeutic relationship, I will gently challenge harmful thinking and unhealthy relational patterns through compassionate, logical questions and dialogue.

I successfully manage crises, provide evidenced based and art therapy interventions, and create personalized goals for individuals, couples, and families struggling with relationship issues, grief, spirituality, cultural challenges, trauma, communication, and mood disorders.

Let’s learn and grow together. Make a direct appointment with me or fill out a Request Form today!
