Hello, I'm Victoria!
I look forward to coming alongside you in your recovery and healing process. I aim to hear your story while providing a safe space to create practical solutions and a compassionate understanding of past and present challenges. The three core values reflected in my approach include creativity, connection, and community.
Art, Story Telling & Therapy
My approach to therapy is creative and collaborative to best suit the needs of the individual or individuals I am working with. I love to incorporate art therapy approaches whenever possible which include storytelling and a wide variety of art-making processes. My hope is to encourage my clients to use art and storytelling as tools for understanding, processing, and healing. My goal is to help my clients approach their challenges and personal histories with hope, courage, compassion, and understanding.
I received a Bachelor of Art in Fine Art with a minor in Psychology at Humboldt State University. I then received a Master of Art in Marital and Family Therapy with Specialized Training in Art Therapy at Loyola Marymount University.
